Wigan Malayalee Association (WMA) is a vibrant socio-cultural organization representing the Malayalee community in and around Wigan, United Kingdom. The association is dedicated to promoting cultural heritage, social welfare, and community unity while fostering positive relationships among local residents and Indian migrants. Although WMA had an online presence, it lacked essential digital tools to manage memberships, subscriptions, and community events efficiently.

To address these challenges, Wigan Malayalee Association partnered with Techsa Solutions, where we designed and developed a custom CRS (Community Relationship System)—a cloud-based platform that enables members to register online, pay subscriptions securely, and book event tickets with ease.
